USING THE SYSTEM |
|
Rimmer Bros's on-line ordering system is here to make it easier for you to order your parts.
As you go through the catalogues on-line you will notice that all the part numbers are highlighted in blue to indicate that there
is a link on them. Clicking on the link will bring up the Part Information screen which will tell you the price for that part and give you the opportunity to order it.
You will also notice, following the part description, a number in green brackets.
This indicates the required quantity per vehicle and is shown purely to assist you in ordering the correct amount. All parts are supplied in single quantities unless otherwise indicated.
Note:- The ordering system uses cookies to process your order.

ADDING A PART TO YOUR ORDER |
|
|
This is done by typing in the quantity you require in the box below the price information and clicking on the Add button. This part is now added to your order, shown at the
bottom of your screen, along with relevant pricing information.

CLEARING YOUR ORDER FORM |
|
|
At the bottom of the Part Information page, just above the thick blue bar, there is a link which will reset your current order form.

ADJUSTING YOUR ORDER |
|
|
You can change the quantities on your order form at any time by selecting the "Modify Order Form" link just above the thick blue bar on the Part Information page or by selecting the relevant part you want to change.
If you select the modify order link you can then modify your complete order form by typing in the new quantities you require and pressing return after each one.
If you selected the part from the order form you can then type in the new quantity and press change.
In either case entering a zero as the quantity will clear that part from your order form.

SENDING YOUR ORDER |

Clicking on "Submit Order" will bring up a page showing your order together with the total cost. Once you are happy to proceed, click the 'Continue' button which will take you to the final part of the ordering process where you will be able to enter your delivery and payment details.
We have a secure server that will allow you to enter credit card details with your order. Simply enter your details into the form and we will do the rest.
Finally, clicking on the 'Send Order' order button will send your order to us and provide you with an order number for your reference.
Your order form will be remembered for the next time you order so you should reset it before you place a new order.
